This gathering brought together various partners, including the Kenya Forest Service, Kenya Red Cross, Komarock Modern Healthcare, Ecomashinani Youth Group and cultural groups, united in promoting sustainable environmental practices. The day featured tree planting, exhibitions, cultural performances, and educational sessions, emphasizing the importance of collaboration in conserving our ecosystem.

Representing TUN management were; Dr. Alex Muthengi, Director of Research Extension and Publication and Mr. Titus Kajiita- Office of the Dean of Students.
