Tharaka University (TUN) today held its Interdenominational Service themed “Fixing Our Eyes on Jesus”, officially marking the beginning of the September–December 2025 semester.

Representing the Vice Chancellor and CEO, Prof. Peter K. Muriungi, was Prof. Veronica Nyaga, Deputy Vice Chancellor (ARSA), who warmly welcomed all students to the new academic session.

This colourful service, held every second week of each semester, is dedicated to seeking God’s guidance for the new session while raising support for needy students. This semester’s service also carried special significance as it dedicated the recently admitted first-year students to God as they begin their higher education journey.

The guest speaker, Evangelist Jeremiah Njeru, delivered a powerful message of encouragement, urging students to keep hope alive, seek God’s direction, remain disciplined, work hard, and surround themselves with good company. https://www.youtube.com/live/iVH-KJ4sm6k?si=P3cgj3oU7izbCKLE
