The Directorate of Linkages, Partnerships & Relations (DLPR) is tasked with building meaningful partnerships with both local and global institutions. These partnerships aim to enhance academic collaboration, joint research, staff and student exchange, consultancy projects, and funding opportunities. The Directorate ensures that Tharaka University remains connected to a network of reputable institutions and organizations that can advance its mission and vision.

DLPR actively coordinates Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs), partnership agreements, and facilitates collaborations that provide students with internships, scholarships, training programs, and exposure to global best practices in education and research.

• Identify and establish strategic national and international partnerships.
• Coordinate student and staff exchange programs with partner institutions.
• Facilitate collaborative research initiatives with universities and organizations.
• Manage MoUs, partnership agreements, and collaboration frameworks.
• Support joint consultancy and training programs for capacity building.

• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships and linkages.
