The fourth day of Tharaka University’s Open, Distance and e-Learning (ODeL) Module Development & Capacity Building Workshop marked another significant milestone in the University’s journey towards expanding access to quality higher education. Building on the progress made over the past three days, participants continued refining digital learning modules through collaborative reviews, practical improvements and expert guidance to ensure every course delivers an engaging, learner-centred experience.
The workshop continues to reinforce Tharaka University’s commitment to providing quality education that comes to learners wherever they are. By developing robust ODeL programmes, the University is making it possible for students to learn anywhere and achieve anything through a flexible, self-paced and accessible learning environment. Whether balancing work, family or other commitments, learners can now pursue their academic goals without compromising on the quality of education they receive.
As the modules take shape, the vision of TUN’s ODeL is becoming a reality one that empowers learners to take charge of their future while benefiting from innovative teaching, quality academic support and technology-driven instruction. Every contribution made during the workshop brings the University closer to delivering education that is inclusive, responsive and designed for the demands of the modern world.
At Tharaka University, the future is ODeL; quality education comes to you wherever you are.
